Refund Policy

At Webyards, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Before Project Commencement

    • If the client requests a cancellation before the project begins, a full refund will be processed, excluding any administrative fees.

  2. After Project Initiation

    • Refunds will not be issued once the project has commenced, as resources, time, and efforts are already allocated.

    • Partial refunds may be considered if a written cancellation request is made within the first 3 days of work initiation and if deliverables haven’t been finalized.

    • Refund amount will be credited in 3-4 working days.

  3. After Project Delivery

    • No refunds will be entertained once the final project or service has been delivered.

  • Changes in client preferences after project approval or delivery.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, incomplete information).

  • Services rendered under discounted or promotional pricing.

Process for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email at [webyards@gmail.com].

  • Refund decisions will be communicated within 7 business days after evaluating the request.

Amendments
Webyards reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated through official channels.

Non-Refundable Cases:
